The full rollout of Home Information Packs (HIP) is now complete. Every home that is put on the market for sale in England and Wales will need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) as part of the HIP.
Property that is owned by a landlord and is part of their rental property portfolio will be subject to energy assessment to establish the performance of the building in a similar way to residential domestic property. This is a requirement from 1st October 2008.
We are an independent property management company that has a qualified and accredited (with Elmhurst) Domestic Energy Assessor available to carry out EPC’s for landlords and clients selling their property.
We are also able to provide the complete Home Information Pack for properties being sold.

Home Information Packs from £300.00 - No VAT
Additional disbursements may be required for Leasehold, Commonhold and Unregistered properties.
We aim to complete the Energy Performance Certificate within 48 hours of instruction and the Home Information Pack within 14 days.
